定期演奏会の新年度のシーズンを迎え

シーズントップを飾るに相応しい本日のプログラムでした

会場は3階の隅々まで満員に埋まりホール全体に熱気が漂っていました

演奏前のプレトークで指揮者の飯守さんは

「この曲にはたいへん手間暇をかけました」と言われましたが

クラシックを代表するこの屈指の大曲を見事に指揮されました

Setting of the new season of scheduled concerts, today’s program is an apt start to the new season.

The warm air flowed through the hall as every seat of the third floor music hall filled.

In an interview before the performance, conductor Mr. Iimori said he had “put a lot of time and effort into the work” and this shows in his superb direction of one of classical music’s most renowned pieces.

そして終演後はいつまでも拍手が鳴り止まず

会場は熱い心で一杯になりました

私たちは楽団員の芸術に対する情熱と真摯な姿を

新ためて目の当たりにすることになりました

The haunting beauty of the violin and cello interplay elaborated in the third movement’s adagio left many audience members visabily moved.

After the performance, it seemed like the applause would never end.

The atmosphere was electric in the audience, having once again witnessed the musician’s passion and devotion to their art.
